UK Policy Proposals -16/10/2025
Policy Proposals
Staffing - Keir Starmer is now Past prime minister and will be moving out of 10 Downing Street this week. This is the Queen's decision for him to vacate the premises and update the country on this progress.

Fairer Pay - Financing the Fairer Pay concept is an extra expenditure expected from companies that are already feeling hard pressed, however there are tax credits and orther benefits fo the companies involved. It is a nationwide policy.
Social Support - Financing will focus around increasing funds for the following areas:
Foster Guardians – Introduction of foster guardians for youths between the ages of 16-23
Foster care to be provided up until 21
Essential Supplies.
Disability / Long term support will be reviewed at a later date.
Introduction of lifeskills courses as part of GCSEs - Outline the code of conduct and behaviours expected for citizens the country
All other social policies to remain the same.
Prison reviews
Although there was a rejection of the previous policy change there is still more to achieve here.
Governance and Intelligence are providing Indexes to help citizens gauge how the country is doing, and how standard of living is improving.
International
As global support ceases and we move to Archipelago Initiative Strategy there are four considerations:
- There is a Nazi movement in Europe.
- There is issues in fuel supply with gas being cut off. The North Russia pipeline may not happen and the Southern may have to be built.

Proposals
Though there was no meeting, the recommendation to add two US Style Penitentiary properties has been rejected.
The HM Prisons recommendations / recommended plans are still to be reviewed.

Fairer Pay - Final Draft with Adjustments and Examples for Publication
Social Support - Drafting still in progress.
General update on Staffing
- Counsel still needs to hire more people but Operational Stability is achieved.
Transport For London strike action is causing issues, and costing businesses. To be reviewed.
Visibility of operational stability of UK, with Indexes, will be published shortly.
Queen's Speech: Freedom Monarchy - 06/09/2025
The past four hundred years has seen transformation after transformation, merged with chaos and cultural influences since Oliver Cromwell, introduced the Parliament to this country.
Thats a very blurry watery-oily painting, to view.
Today, I would like to get some points of reference across, bringing us from this painting to a weekly shop, and bills to pay, and work to go to, and houses to run, where are we?
- We must get Income for the fleet. We sell, We do, We work for our Income.
- We must also invest, in other ships in other fleets to help us prosper. Both Looking inwards and further afield
- We do pay Tax that is decided in Counsel. for retaining the Security of our fleet & our citizens.
- We must Trade in free waters, with our freedoms in tact.
I brought in the Act of the Monarchy in March 2025, to help remove some rotten systems, in our fleet.
What does the Act of the Monarchy bring us?
We have the Monarch and the Counsel at the head of our fleet. With Lead Counsel and General counsel, keeping the fleet in order.
We have our royal agencies, to help communications across the fleet and flow of goods and supplies.
We have State counsel, to help the long term execution of our projects.
We have local councillors help manage each of our Country's galleons, with direct contact to every day citizens' daily lives.
We have a way of requesting a change in course, direct to Counsel and the Monarch.
We have a new painting, with points of reference.
We have our Freedom Monarchy.
We have our country on course to Prosper from our borough galleons.

Progress Update
What's happening on the selection of Lead Counsel & General Counsel.
Since we have removed the coercive elements we are waiting on the remaining impacts to be identified.
The Counsel is being selected to ensure that there is no coercion that is damaging to the policy or decision making process.
