Background
In the 1800s Queen Victoria, came and explored and excavated oil fields in the Middle Eastern territories.
She used her own private money (not of the Crown) to build the basic infrastructure. The lands and resources, are property of Queen Victoria’s, and are NOT related to assets of the UK Crown.
Middle Eastern territories include Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Israel, Palestinian lands, Iraq, Iran, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman.
Queen Victoria, and her descendant, Aruna Sandhya Koya, has sovereignty of all the Middle Eastern territories. This means Aruna Sandhya Koya, owns all the middle eastern territories' lands, and its resources.
Palestinians & Arabs & Jewish communities lived peacefully on the ME territories.
There are some lands that were leased out to people by Queen Victoria with her consent, and confirming that she had sovereignty.

There are some lands that were leased out to people, by the American and UK Executive without consultation of Queen Victoria's lineage.
Jewish communities
There was a deal, for oil, and then that caused issues, regards ownership of the lands, and the oil from the lands.
There came to be disputes about ownership of the lands.
Legally, The land and resources from all the ME Territories lands, all belong to Queen Victoria's lineage >> Queen Victoria's grand daughter: Aruna Sandhya Koya.
There is documentation established with the UK, Palestinian tribes, the Arab tribes, the US, and the Jewish communities that confirms Aruna Sandhya Koya's sovereignty of the lands.
January - March 2025 - there were some discussions between the communities of the Jordanians, Jewish, Kurdish and Palestinian communities and Aruna Sandhya Koya.
The aim was for children to play peacefully together, with an aspirational standard of living.
Palestinian, Kurdish, Jewish communities gave back all rights to the land back to Aruna Sandhya Koya.
>> There is only one owner of the lands in the Middle Eastern territory and that is. Aruna Sandhya Koya.
New Leases are being established for the lands in the New Country of Tarousha Santosh (formed of Jordan, Israel, Palestine).
The communities paid the lease rent for the lands, from the time they settled, to Aruna Sandhya Koya including the Gottleib Trust, The Oil fields of Saudi Arabia.
The Tarousha Santosh Accord (TS Accord) which saw all the states of the Middle East coming together.
It was agreed that the New Country of Tarousha Santosh is
- The geographical dimensions of Jordan, Israel, and Palestine with the people being called the Arabian Jews, the Santoshians.
- Multi-faith
- Language is Urdu, with Urdu & Hebrew & Arabic being taught in all schools
- Have a Faith capital of Bethlehem.
- Have a Residential capital (currently Tel Aviv, but could be another).
This was the statement agreed by all the communities on the formation of Tarousha Santosh:

Sovereignty of Middle Eastern(ME) territories belong to Queen Victoria's great great great great grand daughter known as Aruna Sandhya Koya.
Resources from the ME territories are part of sovereignty.
The territories were invested in, with personal monies of Queen Victoria, and formed Queen Victoria's private estate.
ME territories Israel & Jordan & Palestine & Gaza belong to Aruna Sandhya Koya and hence forward form the territory known as Tarousha Santosh.
The ME estates form Queen Victoria's lineages private estate.

These territories of Israel & Jordan & Palestine & Gaza shall form the country of Tarousha Santosh, with Queen Arun Sandhya of Tarousha Santosh (also known as Aruna Sandhya Koya) immediately,
with geographical map (Israel & Jordan & Palestine & Gaza) containing 13 districts each having a chieftain representing them.6 Palestinian Santoshian chieftains + 4 Jewish Santoshian chieftains + 3 Kurdish Santoshian community chieftains
Agencies to act as delegates of the authority, to issue legal documents.
There were leases provided to the different communities as part of the formation of Tarousha Santosh - to be detailed.
Each lease had "services" that would provide what was needed for each lease. These were the Queens services.

- Plain + 2 Farming Leases - 2 per Kurdish community member + 1 per Santoshian farmer.

Tarousha Santosh shall have a multi-faith capital known as Bethlehem and a separate capital city to be named.

Sovereignty of Middle Eastern(ME) territories, including Tarousha Santosh will always belong to Queen Victoria's lineage, Aruna Sandhya Koya(Queen Arun Sandhya).

Tarousha Santosh is developing infrastructure and has the backing of all of the TS Accord States and Aruna Sandhya Koya now known as Queen Arun Sandhya of Tarousha Santosh.
There has been the Tarousha Santosh Accord where each ME territory was designated funds for development.
Tarousha Santosh Accord (TS Accord) is an agreement that the Middle Eastern territories and nations form an alliance.
"Be Together, One happiness"
Queen Arun Sandhya will establish the TS Accord with one off payment of £3tr for each ME State to assure the longevity of the Accord.
"Aruna TS Trust" Trust owner Aruna Sandhya Koya == £30tr across ME states (Iran, Iraq, TS, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Lebannon, Oman, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain) == each country has Trust for investments.
All listed countries Agreement for no nuclear weapons, no biological weapons ever.
All listed countries will make commitment to have:
- no unauthorised political intervention
- no unauthorised physical incursion on Tarousha Santosh Accord states except in the case of human rights contraventions.
Tarousha Santosh Accord listed states agree to partake in Aruna Sandhya Koya's Archipelago Climate Initiative to achieve a reduction of CO2 emissions by 30% for five year timeline.

Background
Queen Victoria owned property, land and exploration rights in the Middle East.
She leased some of the land to communities.
- Kurdish communities
- Palestinian communities
- Saudi Arabian communities
The US & UK representatives, leased some of the land to the Jewish communities.
There were talks in January 2024 onwards, with the Kurdish, Palestinian and Jewish community leaders. Aruna Sandhya Koya, and all the communities agreed, they could have an aspirational standard of living where all their children could play together.
I represent my own interests as Queen Victoria’s great great great grand daughter. I was appraised of the Jewish, Palestinian, Kurdish and Saudi Arabian representatives wishes.
We agreed, that there would be a ceasefire. I requested a ceasefire on 18/05/2025.
We agreed how having one owner, Aruna Sandhya Koya, for the land across the Middle East, would mean no disputes, and how the leases for the communities would provide a secure future for all the communities. We document the leases using a blockchain ledger Token A, Token B.
I, Aruna Sandhya Koya, Queen Victoria’s grand daughter, agreed to a pact that formed the basis of a new country made up of the land mass of Israel, Jordan and Palestine. This new country is called Tarousha Santosh.
We agreed several items in these talks, including of how to provide homes for all these communities. We also agreed the path forward for the children that have been orphaned. We agreed for the Jewish communities to preserve the properties, and still provide right of way to the other communities.
In my peace advisory work, earlier, we thought of using a neutral operator.
Later, Aruna Sandhya Koya as Sultan named the Utility and other companies, that provide the services to the leased land and properties, Sultan’s Services as we We started with a sultanate formation called Tarousha Santosh (meaning “Together, One happiness”), We agreed that we wanted a healthy country with a marketplace, and a place where the children could play peacefully in the country, they could all call home.
We agreed a ceasefire, in Gaza, and weapons down from all communities.
I stand by my word.
We agreed the Sultan’s>>Queens services, and Token A & Token B. (Series A, Series B).
We agreed to a faith capital.
We agreed there would be a main capital city.
I am Aruna Sandhya Koya as the Sultan of the Sultanate of Tarousha Santosh with 13 chieftans from the three communities.
Then we all decided instead of Sultan, I would be Queen of Tarousha Santosh.
There was a discussion about the Queen of Israel, Rania and how that would change. Since Israel is now Tarousha Santosh, Queen of Israel is an extinct title.
If the communities reach out to myself, I will respond as Queen Victoria’s great great great grand daughter, and their Sultan / Queen. I am Aruna Sandhya Koya, Arunsandhya.
The Middle East Leased Lands, and properties are not related to the UK Executive or legislative, or the United Kingdom in any way shape or form.
The lands and resources, are property of Queen Victoria’s grand daughter, Aruna Sandhya Koya, and are NOT related to assets of the UK Crown or monarch.
The UK Executive are not authorised to represent my interests, in these matters, however the records they keep may be representative of the truth.
This article does not represent all the legal aspects of the Tarousha Santosh agreement, but does represent the ethos of the agreements. There were other items discussed.
Those are private to the communities and Aruna Sandhya Koya.
We agreed a timeline for other states to join and celebrate with Tarousha Santosh, and the TS Accord. These states included Yemen, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UAE with the TS Accord.
When I spoke last, there were a group of countries who wanted to sign the Tarousha Santosh Accord.
If any of the communities are facing issues, we need to negotiate, for terms that make sense. Its about that amazing standard of life, not so much about ownership.
